Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Referee/In-Store Position. This role is integral to ensuring the safety, fairness, and enjoyment of our players during airsoft games, as well as assisting with in-store operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Refereeing Airsoft Games:

   • Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure a secure playing environment.
   • Oversee gameplay to ensure fairness and sportsmanship among players.
   • Resolve disputes and provide guidance to players as needed.
   • Monitor gameplay to prevent rule violations and maintain a positive atmosphere.

2. Customer Assistance:

   • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers in-store.
   • Answer questions about products, gameplay, and policies.
   • Assist customers with gear selection, rentals, and purchases.
   • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.

3. Equipment Maintenance:

   • Inspect and maintain airsoft equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
   • Clean and organize rental gear and store inventory.
   • Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to management promptly.

4. Team Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with fellow referees and staff members to coordinate gameplay and store operations.
   • Communicate effectively with management regarding player feedback, incidents, and operational needs.
   • Contribute to a positive team environment through teamwork and cooperation.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reside within a 30-minute commute of the store location.
• Previous experience with airsoft gameplay is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce rules impartially.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and move around the playing area.
